Time for Bed

Four light and airy bedrooms on the first floor each with their own unique look and views over surrounding countryside - Three with king size beds and en-suites and one with twin beds and adjacent bathroom. For cooler months, all rooms have individually controlled underfloor heating.

Bedroom 1

A comfortable king size bed, easy chair, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps. Ceiling fan and insect screens.

The ensuite shower room accessed via a glass door has a large shower, toilet, bidet and wall hung vanity unit. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided.

Dual aspect sweeping views, to Treia and across the seven valleys to Fermo and to Monte Conero on the coast.

Views to the wooded slopes of Monte Acuto and the hill top village of Avenale.

A comfortable king size bed, easy chair, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps.

The ensuite bathroom accessed via a glass door has a large shower, bath, toilet, bidet and wall hung vanity unit. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Insect screen fitted to window.

Lie in bed and take in the view across to Treia, which is especially beautiful at night.
