The flight

Celebrate a particular moment whether a birthday, anniversary, engagement or just treat yourselves to a hot air balloon flight over breathtaking landscapes and live a unique unforgettable experience. Either book a dawn flight or one in the evening before sunset, depending on weather conditions. The flight is usually an hour in duration but the experience is about three hours with a briefing and setting up the balloon beforehand.

It is truly remarkable to admire the historic villages from above which nestle between the green hills and the Adriatic Sea. Arrangements can be made to take off at Le Cerqua or if you fancy different scenery closer to the Sibillini mountains, then travel to the company’s usual balloon site at Ripe San Ginesio, about a 40 min drive away. The flights can be arranged for any time of the year subject to weather conditions.

Once landed a breakfast or aperitif with typical products can be offered to toast and celebrate your flight.

What to wear

As for what to wear to go on a hot air balloon ride; it is recommend casual/sporty clothing, suitable for the season and boots, trainers or comfortable shoes. Don’t forget to take cameras or video cameras on board.

Restrictions

Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult for the entire experience, but the flight in a hot air balloon is not recommended for children under the age of 8, or those under 120 centimeters in height. Also it is not recommended for pregnant women and for those who have undergone major operations or injuries in the months preceding the flight.
